Flying Fish Festival is From April to June. In order to keep the freshness and good taste of the flying fish, the tribal people use the baking techniques in the production of dried flying fish. The whole process is difficult and takes turning and tossing for 15 hours, the tribal people carry joyfulness and blessing to finish the dried flying fish, presenting the precious blessings from the Dongyue tribe.
